Below you will find a list of some current volunteering opportunities, and we are always in need of Teamsters willing to sign up and educate their fellow Teamsters. Or you can sign up and we will give you an array of what needs to be done and you can chose your level of involvement.
VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM
2021 Volunteer Outreach Program: This new program is under construction, and needs volunteers to help build the Volunteer Program. This is a great opportunity to learn about the history of your Local, and play a role in its future. Tasks & Roles include: Volunteer Coordinators, Recruiters, Event Planners, Organizers, Division Coordinators, and will require volunteers interested in education, organizing, communications, and many other tasks.
Teamsters 222 Smart Phone App: The Local’s new Member App needs help getting off the ground and into cell phones! This very simple and laid back task needs volunteers, great place to get started.
Membership Organizers: As a Right to Work (for less) State, Utah does not require Union Employees to be actual Union Members. Every road in Local 222 leads to Organizing. Come learn how to grow the size and power of your Local.
Organizers for Power: They have taken untold millions that they never toiled to earn. But without our brain and muscle not a single wheel can turn. We can break their haughty power, gain our freedom when we lean that the Union Makes Us Strong! Solidarity forever!
