I am a Business Agent representing UPS Package and Preload throughout the State of Utah. I started at Local 222 in September 2022. Prior to this, I worked for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) as an Internal Organizer. In this role I worked on a new program where we built union power in Right-to-Work states. I also had the opportunity to work on several external organizing campaigns. I was excited to come on as a Business Agent for Local 222 because I wanted to take on the next challenge to better help Teamster families.

Before working at the Teamsters, I worked at UPS for 8 years, first as a part-time loader and sorter then as a Package Car Driver. I was a Shop Steward in the Mountain View Center and enjoyed every day in this role. When I started at UPS and joined the Teamsters, I was deeply impacted by how powerful it was to have rights on the job. I strongly believe working people have the right to live with dignity and respect. Fighting for workers’ rights has been a core value of mine since I discovered the value of working under a union contract.
