Membership Application

Have them fill out an application form online or in person – if they fill out a paper application make sure to write your name at the top so we know who got them signed up!

Last year we signed up 106 new members, lets see if we can get more this year!

Take a selfie showing us you donated, email it to andrea@teamsterslocal222.org and get a t-shirt for blood or a hoodie for platelet donations.

Bring any of the following items to the Local 222 hall at 2641 S. 3270 W. Mon-Fri 8a.m. – 5p.m. and we will donate them for you.
