The RJT scholarship is open until March 31st.

The Teamsters Local 222 Scholarship Fund will award scholarships totaling $65,000 to outstanding high

school seniors and Teamsters Local 222 members continuing their education. Up to FIVE scholarships will

be given to Teamsters Members. Due to the great number of applicants to this program, all applications

must comply with the eligibility and application criteria.

In addition to that scholarship there are two others from the IBT that are open:

1. The Teamsters Scholarship Fund applications 2026 scholarship will be available starting Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Teamster.org/scholarships.

Applications will be accepted through April 1, 2026.

2. The application process for scholarships from the James R. Hoffa Memorial Scholarship Fund is now open.

The deadline for application completion is March 2, 2026. 

Academic scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 and Vocational/Training program scholarships ranging from $500 to $2,000 are available to High School seniors who are the sons/daughters/financial dependents of Teamster members (including members of the BLET, BMWED, TCRC, TCRC-BMW).  In 2025, the Fund awarded $1.2 million in scholarships to Teamster children across the U.S. and Canada.
